Under Professor Aromando, I’m working on finding creative ways to use large language models (LLMs) to help computer science students learn. We’re exploring how tools like GPT can provide real-time feedback, grade assignments, and offer personalized support to make learning easier and more engaging. My role involves analyzing data to figure out how students interact with these tools and figuring out how to make them even better.
During the Summer of 2024, I worked full time on analyzing student survey data to try and identify trends in their feedback and opinions of LLM use in education.
Developed a dynamic web application using React, NodeJS, and TypeScript to assist users in identifying suitable career paths. Integrated OpenAI API for personalized career recommendations and real-time feedback during quiz completion. (Requires OpenAI API key)
A machine learning model that classifies emails as spam or not spam with a web-based frontend. Utilizes Flask and JavaScript for seamless interaction. (Youtube Link)
A mobile app built in Kotlin that provides real-time UV index, sunscreen recommendations, and skin health tips. Features a calendar for tracking sunscreen use. (Youtube Link)

Color Guard
In my free time, you can find me in the University of Delaware Marching Band as a member of the color guard. I run an Instagram account where I post videos of myself practicing in order to get advice and connect with other people. Feel free to check it out!
Music has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I started playing trumpet in 5th grade and continued that hobby into highschool, playing in the marching band, jazz band, and pit orchestra. My favorite artist right now is Cavetown.
Recently, I started to learn guitar, and have been dedicating a lot of time to that. I've been playing for around a year, and I recently started a YouTube channel where I post videos of me playing.
